Studied practically all my life then switched from Academia to Mixed Martial Arts.
I am a qualified Level III Personal Trainer, Body Pump Instructor and Advanced Thump Boxing Instructor. On the more technical side I am also a Qualified IT Teacher/Trainer specialising in the delivery of Microsoft Office Applications to the Private and Public Sector.
I train with Project Mayhem MMA and generally run all of the administration tasks for the club too!
Weekly activities for me on top of working full time are generally
- Boxing (which i'm still quite new too)
- Thai Boxing
- Wrestling
- Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
- Weight Training
- MMA Conditioning Circuits
- Body Pump (mainly teaching but i still get the work out)
